History of the J Man

Here’s a short video from our trip to Goeberts Pumpkin Farm this year.  Jonah had a great time running around playing with the pumpkins and climbing on all the gear there.  We went early in the season so we had the place more to our selves than in years past.  That was nice.

Though Jonah was a bear to get out of the house the morning of Emmett’s birthday party, once we got there he had a great time.  Brandy’s idea to have the party outside at a park was a good one.  Here’s a short video of Jonah playing with the wood chips, then eating a cupcake with Kerala.  The funniest part is a the end, I filmed the group photo session…make sure you have your sound on for that part.

I think this is a cute video of the boys.  This past weekend was our first trip with Jonah to Korean BBQ.  We’d been holding off because of the flames in the middle of the table.  Turns out he couldn’t reach anyway.  And he liked the food.  He tried a bunch of the different sides and, as usual, was happy with the rice. 

In this video Jonah and Kal are playing with the toy we brought for Kal for his b-day since we missed his party back a couple months ago.  Jonah was disappointed that we showed up with a gift but there wasn’t any cake!

We took Jonah to the Zoo this weekend.  He really liked the monkeys and the ducks.  More than the animals I think he just enjoyed running around all morning.  The train ride was probably the highlight.  This video is posted for for him to watch, it’s not very exciting since he wouldn’t look at us as he came around.

Jonah loves his Aunt Amy a lot.  He doesn’t see her all the time but he talks about her all the time.  He knows all the clothes and toys that she’s given him.  I think it’s one of the first names he learned how to say.  He loves his other aunts too of course, but Heather and Kelley are harder to say. 

In this video he asked Daddy to take him to “Amy’s Home.”  She lives downstate though so that would be quite a trip on his hands and knees!  Good thing she’ll be visiting us here in a couple weeks.

Jonah has gone to his daycare for a couple weeks now and he loves it. This kid doesn’t say his OWN name but he talks about his new friend Leah all the time! He asks for “More Leah.” Whenever we talk about seeing his friends he says her name immediately. Last week they went to the zoo with a couple other friends as well. Below are photos from that day.
